More meals

Baked Salmon, George Formaned some Chicken Breast, Carrots, Broccoli.
So far I have lost about 16 lbs. I'm only able to make it to the gym 3 days a week right now.
I've been drinking anywhere from 1gal to 2 gal everyday!

I had to wait for this damn snowpacalpyse to pass over so I could get to the gym.
Everyone hates to post their before pictures, but i decided to man up a tad and show them up! I have 2 months before my cruise!

This is before I had been in the gym.

 This is a little after from hitting it hard.

I continued hard for the next few months (no pix)
Then stopped for over a year.

I will post pix of the "before" in the next day, track my foods, and workouts.
