One of the several meals I eat

  1. needa cut the carbs bro. That's way too much with not enough source of protein. Try getting chicken or fish mainly along with vegetables. Your carbs should be very low or it will be hard to burn the fat off because your body will have to burn off carbs first for energy. You may want to gradually reduce the amount of carbs and your body will adapt to it better than just dropping all of it to zero carbs.

  2. cool man I appeciate the words. I have one question. What is your thought on frozen vegetables? I know the Sodium is high. If bad idea, their is no problem with me cooking everything, just have to make the time.
